Unitas offers a bilingual place of welcome to all who wish to explore the possibility of a deeper, more centered life. Unitas intends to continue its mission in promoting the teachings of Dom John Main.

Unitas aims to create an environment dedicated to Christian Meditation in an ecumenical and multicultural context.

Unitas top priority is the promotion of contemplative prayer, also known as the prayer of the heart. Contemplative prayer gives rise to other activities, depending on the occasion, the context and work of the Holy Spirit.
